About OSG

On Site Group, LLC (OSG) was originally formed in 2001 by Cliff and Cris Bisch to develop training curriculum for business and industry in collaboration with college, state and federal agencies, with the goal of reducing employee turnover, increasing employee proficiency–levels, thereby providing more family wage jobs throughout the State of Oregon. Cris also consults with clients to facilitate training workshops, community development, and provide creative direction and marketing strategies. Today, Cris’ passion and interest lies in working with companies and organizations that are transforming not only their workplace, but impacting their community by their environmental and social stewardship, and sustainable business practices.
